Pamela O’Rourke joined PetSmart in 2026 as President, PetSmart Canada. In this role, she oversees our Canada operations, including the Canadian Home Office and all stores across the country.

Prior to joining PetSmart, she served as Vice President of Merchandising, Chief Merchandising Officer for the Home Depot Canada, where she led all merchandising functions.

First Job: Pamela’s first job was at Dairy Queen serving ice cream, where she learned the value of great service and attention to detail.

Hobbies: She enjoys home renovation projects with her husband, decorating, gardening and spending time with her daughter and grand cat, Gizmo.
