Lily is one of PetSmart’s biggest fans. According to Lily’s mom, she loves visiting PetSmart stores to hang out with the adoptable pets and tells her family they are only allowed to shop at PetSmart for their two rescue dogs. So, when Lily’s school announced Career Day was coming up, it was no surprise when Lily told her family she wanted to go as a PetSmart manager.
To prepare for Career Day, Lily visited her local store and Ryan, the store leader, made Lily her very own engraved nametag and let her pose for a photo behind the register. Lily’s mom said she dreams of saving every pet in the world and wants to work her way up to be “the big boss of PetSmart” someday.
“Lily was so excited to learn about the animals and what we do here every day,” said Ryan. “It’s amazing to see someone so young who has such a passion for pets and an interest in retail.”
