One of the ways we bring Belonging to life at PetSmart is through our seven Associate Resource Groups (ARGs). These voluntary associate groups bring us together to create community, expand awareness, and support a culture of inclusiveness.
Founded in 2011, the PAAF has provided financial assistance and emergency resources to associates during unforeseen hardships. The PAAF is funded by donations from PetSmart and our associates to help one another when we need it most.
