Ryan O’Sullivan

Ryan joined PetSmart in October 2006 as a real estate research analyst. Since then, he has held many leadership positions in our real estate business before becoming Senior Vice President, Real Estate. In this role, Ryan oversees all aspects related to our real estate strategy and operations, and is pivotal in shaping the company’s growth and operational efficiency. Outside of PetSmart, he serves on the International Council of Shopping Centers board of trustees and is also passionate about animal welfare.

Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in political science and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and their black rescue cat named “Cat”.
